Janet Farley

With 20 years’ default servicing experience, we opened Covenant Realty of NC in 2000, concentrating on selling REO properties. We then opened Covenant Realty of CA and PaceSetter Realty in Texas, and Specialized, Inc. of Florida. We are dedicated to serving banks, mortgage companies, and asset companies in the managing, marketing in the liquidation of REO properties. Using past default experience, our team delivers the best service and expertise to valued clients. Services include BPOs, occupancy checks, cash for keys, evictions, securing, rekeys, repair estimates, repairs, utility coordination, and property preservation. Covenant Realty of North Carolina and Covenant Realty of CA and PaceSetter Realty and Specialized, Inc. of Florida are certified as a woman-owned business.

Joseph Valenzuela

I've been a lifelong entrepreneur, but fell in love with Real Estate in 2016 when I purchased my first investment property as a Short Term Rental and quickly realized the potential. We quickly scaled that to 6 properties in our first 18 months, and decided to really take this industry seriously. Aaron Whatley

Originally from Ft. Worth, Aaron is a graduate of the University of Southern California. After college, he served his country as a Marine Officer and upon moving to Austin, became involved in real estate investing since 2013. An asset to any client and a true expert at this craft.

Jon Sanchez

Jon originally blessed the San Diego market for years as an agent, helping families with listings and advancing projects. Now, heading the Daytona, Orlando, and New Smyrna Beach area in Florida as a licensed Agent is now all our blessings, Jon has specialized in coastal regions and high value properties his whole career and he’s great with hidden pockets. His experience with special situations and negotiating to positive ends has been some of the favorite things about him to our clients.
